Returns & Refunds

At Bella Zeste, we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase. If you're not happy with your item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Original proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
  • Personalized or custom-made jewelry cannot be returned unless defective
  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] to initiate your return
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  3. Include the original invoice or packing slip
  4. Ship the package to our return address (provided upon approval)

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the return is received

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a free return and replacement or full refund.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. Please note that refunds will be issued minus original shipping charges.
